Shipping Policy

- We work relentlessly to ensure that all orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours from our warehouse
- You might experience a slight delay in dispatch if orders are placed during festive seasons, offers or sales period or if there are hindrances due to natural calamities. We request you to cooperate with us for the same.
- Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will be dispatched within 48-72 hours from the next working day.
- Free shipping is available on all products subject to a minimum order value of Rs1500/-.
- Products will need to be signed upon if you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
- We take no responsibility for products signed by an alternative person.
Return Policy
In case the goods are damaged at our end or are lost in transit by us, the whole order amount including the delivery charges will be refunded by us. This will take 1-3 weeks for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
All claims for returning wrong or damage products must be reported at info@glamray.in on the day of delivery with your relevant order number. Glamray is not responsible for damage after delivery.
In case of damaged product received at your end we request you to send it via appropriate way to our office, once we receive the product, we evaluate the same and upon approval we process the applicable refund.
